AFTER GRADUATING WITH HONORS FROM NAU - SHE BEGAN HER CAREER IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY IN OPERATIONS. SHE THEN SHIFTED TO HER MAIN INTEREST TO FINANCE AND HUMAN RESOURCES. WITH OVER 12 YEARS IN THE HOSPITALITY FINANCE INDUSTRY FOR SEVERAL HOTEL BRANDS, SHE MOVED INTO THE SMALL BUSINESS SECTOR FOR A SALES COMPANY. IN 2009 SHE RECIEVED A CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT TO WASHINGTON - AS THE CONTROLLER FOR A HOTEL ACQUISTION OPENING IN SEATTLE. AFTER THREE YEARS , SHE MOVED BACK INTO THE SMALL BUSINESS SECTOR AS THE FINANCE MANAGER IN A NON-PROFIT. CURRENTLY, FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS SHE HAS WORKED WITH A SOFTWARE COMPANY IN BELLEVUE PROVIDING HER SERVICES AS A CONTROLLER. ALSO, DURING THE LAST 4 YEARS KRISTIN MOVED TO WHIDBEY WHERE SHE HELPED OPEN, SET UP AND MANAGE THE ACCOUNTING/FINANCE DEPARTMENTS OF SEVERAL FAMILY BUSINESSES.
DURING HER DOWNTIME SHE DEVOTES HER TIME TO HER OTHER LOVE, ANIMALS! HAS A MINI FARM - WHERE SHE FINDS SERENITY WITH GOATS, CHICKENS, A HORSE, DOGS AND PIGS.
